What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not see your full card details.
• Custom bat requests: your name, email, optional phone number and the details you choose, so we can send you a quote.
• Your basket: saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.

We use this information to fulfil our contract with you and for our legitimate interests in running the shop. We keep order records for 6 years for tax purposes, and custom requests for up to [12 months].
